Ticket Types

Ticket type is used to define the type of tickets.

To create a new ticket type

Go to the left sidebar and select service Tickets > click on Ticket Types > click on icon.

After opening popup modal , fill in the all the details as follows :

  • Enter a Ticket type name.
  • Select a Department (refer click at section) , in This select department this department ticket display other all department ticket this type not display.and department not select so this is display all ticket.
  • Select a Status :-
    1. Active :- This is active so display. 2.Inactive :- This is Inactive so not display.
  • After click on save Button.

To edit a ticket type

Go to the service Tickets > click on Ticket Types > click on icon.

  • After open popup modal and change any details per your requirements.
  • After Click on save Button.

To delete a ticket type

Go to the service Tickets > click on Ticket Types > click on icon.

  • After display SweetAlert confirmation then click yes so delete ticket type otherwise click on cancel.

To download a ticket type

Go to the service Tickets > click on Ticket Types > click on icon.

  • After download excel sheet of all Ticket types list.

To configure a ticket type

Go to the service Tickets > click on All tickets > click on subject of ticket so go to ticket detail page.
