how to manage ticket trigger
Note : you can apply in this condition after create a ticket this condition is in this so this is perform a action in this selected action.
To create a new ticket trigger
Go to the left sidebar and select service Tickets > click on Ticket trigger > click on icon.
After opening popup modal , fill in the all the details as follows :
- Enter the name.
- Enter the description.
- Select the condition type such as and ,or.
- Select the condition you can apply as per your require.
- Select the action this is perform apply the condition base.
- Select the Status enable or disable.
- Click on save button.
To edit a ticket trigger
Go to the service Tickets > click on Ticket trigger > click on icon.
- After open popup modal and change any details per your requirements.
- After Click on update Button.
To delete a ticket trigger
Go to the service Tickets > click on Ticket trigger > click on icon.
- After display SweetAlert confirmation then click yes so delete ticket trigger otherwise click on cancel.
