Contract Agreement Configuration
Contract Management is the process of managing the contracts to maximize the operational and financial performance of an organization.
To add a Contract
Go to the CONFIG > Contract Agreements > click on Add Contract.
- Select the Company Name.
- Leaser Name (To customize, Refer Contract Agreement Configuration) .
- Contract period.
- Lease Type.
- Choose who is responsible for Repair and Maintenance.
To edit a Contract
Go to the CONFIG > Contract Agreements > click on icon.
- After open popup modal and change any details per your requirements.
- After Click on save Button.
To delete a Contract
Go to the CONFIG > Contract Agreements> click on icon.
- After display SweetAlert confirmation then click yes so delete Contract Agreement otherwise click on cancel.
To history a Contract
Go to the CONFIG > Contract Agreements > click on icon.
- After redirect the new page this page is consider the particular Contract Agreement which time update, whom updated, which information updated all data display in this.
