Step 1 :
Go to the "User" list page from the side menu > Select the user > Hover over the "Action" button > Click on Edit.
Step 2 :
The "Edit User" page will pop up > Click on User details > Scroll down and update the role to Technician.
Step 3 :
Next, click on the User Permissions tab.
Step 5 :
Allow access to Service Tickets > Click on Save Changes.
