Activity Report

To View an Activity Report

The Activity Report shows a history of actions performed in the system. These actions can include:

• Adding assets
• Checking assets in
• Checking assets out
• Other relevant operations

This report tracks activities related to 4 types of assets:

1) Accessories 2)Consumables 3)Licenses 4)Devices

You can filter the activity data in different ways:-

1. Filter by Action Type Choose what kind of action you want to see. Example:- “Check-out” or “Add” actions

2. Filter by Asset Type Select the type of item: Accessories, Consumables, Licenses, or Devices

3. Filter by Date Pick a single date to see activity on that specific day.

4. Filter by Date Range Choose a start and end date with time. Example: 02-08-2025 00:00:00 to 02-08-2025 23:59:59 Shows all actions done on that day.

5. Filter by Category See activity for a specific item category like:-Laptop, Mouse, Software, etc.

After applying the desired filters, you can download the activity report to your system
