Add Incoming and Outgoing Parcels

📦 Add Parcel

The Add Parcel feature allows users to create and manage both Incoming and Outgoing parcels through a step-by-step form wizard.
Each step requires filling in parcel-related details to ensure proper tracking and management.

🔹 Incoming Parcel Steps

For Incoming Parcels, the form contains 4 steps:

1. Parcel Type
   • Select Parcel Type: Incoming / Outgoing
   • Select Document Type: Document / Non-Document
   • Select Site
   • Select Receive From
2. Details
   • Courier No (with scan option)
   • Courier Type
   • Courier Mode
   • Courier Provider
   • Weight (GRAM)
   • Charges
   • Transaction ID
   • Transaction Mode
   • Transport Mode
     
3. Sender Info
   • Sender Phone
   • Sender Email
   • Sender Name
   • Sender Zip
   • Sender Address
     
4. Receiver Info
   • Receiver Phone
   • Receiver Email
   • Receiver Name
   • Receiver Zip

   • Receiver Address
     

🔹 Outgoing Parcel Steps

For Outgoing Parcels, the form contains 5 steps:

1. Parcel Type
   • Select Parcel Type: Incoming / Outgoing
   • Select Document Type: Document / Non-Document
   • Select Site
   • Select Receive From
2. Details
   • Courier No (with scan option)
   • Courier Type
   • Courier Mode
   • Courier Provider
   • Weight (GRAM)
   • Charges
   • Transaction ID
   • Transaction Mode
   • Transport Mode
     
3. Sender Info
   • Sender Phone
   • Sender Email
   • Sender Name
   • Sender Zip
   • Sender Address
     
4. Receiver Info
   • Receiver Phone
   • Receiver Email
   • Receiver Name

   • Receiver Address
     

5. Charges
   The Charges step is applicable only for Outgoing Parcels.
   It includes parcel cost, insurance, and fragile handling options:

   • Insurance (Optional)

     • Parcel Value
     • Insurance Handling Charges
     • Insurance Charge (calculated based on Courier Provider Insurance Rate)

   • Fragile / Liquid (Optional)

     • Fragile / Liquid Charges

   • Courier Provider Base Charge

   • SubTotal Charges (calculated automatically)

   • Total Charges (final payable amount)
     

✅ Each step is mandatory (except optional checkboxes like Insurance or Fragile) and must be completed before proceeding.
✅ Users can navigate back using the Previous button or proceed with Next.
✅ Once all steps are filled, the parcel can be submitted for processing.
